Monthly membership
Ongoing psychiatric care by telehealth
Coming soon
Membership isn't open yet. When it launches, it will give you a 20-minute telehealth visit every month for one predictable monthly fee, so staying on track with your care doesn't depend on booking and paying visit by visit. Join the waitlist and I'll email you as soon as it opens.
Join the waitlistIncluded each month
One 20-minute telehealth follow-up visit with me, covered by your $135 monthly fee.
Need to be seen more often?
Additional 20-minute telehealth visits in the same month are available to members for $100 each.
How membership works
Complete your initial evaluation
Every new patient starts with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation at the standard rate of $375. The evaluation isn't part of the membership fee.
Start your membership
If membership is a good fit for your treatment plan, you'll join at $135 per month.
Meet by telehealth each month
Your monthly 20-minute follow-up visit is included. Membership visits are shorter than standard follow-ups and are focused on medication management and progress check-ins. If you need more support in a given month, additional visits are $100 each.
Who membership is for
Membership is designed for patients who want steady, ongoing care from home. It's a good fit if:
- You aren't currently prescribed a controlled substance, and your treatment plan doesn't include one.
- You're comfortable being seen entirely by telehealth.
- You'll be physically located in Illinois, South Carolina, or Florida during each visit.
Telehealth only
All membership visits take place by telehealth. If you'd prefer to be seen in person, you're welcome to switch to Harborlight's traditional model, where you pay for each visit at standard rates and can book in-person appointments at any of my offices.
If your treatment plan changes to include a controlled substance, you'd also move to the traditional model, since those medications require in-person visits.
Paying for membership
Membership is self-pay and isn't billed to insurance.
If you're paying for care yourself, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. Learn more
