I offer in-person appointments in Charleston and telehealth for patients across South Carolina. Whether you're downtown, in Mount Pleasant, Summerville, or West Ashley, or elsewhere in the state, you can begin care from home.

Initial evaluations and follow-ups by secure video, as long as you're physically in South Carolina during the visit.

How care works in South Carolina

Most patients can complete both their initial evaluation and follow-up visits by telehealth. You'll need to be physically located in South Carolina for every telehealth appointment.

If your treatment plan may include a controlled substance, such as an ADHD stimulant or a benzodiazepine, I'll need to see you in person before prescribing it, and at least once a year for as long as you continue taking it.

Controlled substances aren't available in South Carolina yet

While my DEA registration for South Carolina is pending, I'm not able to prescribe controlled substances, such as ADHD stimulants or benzodiazepines, to South Carolina patients.

I can still provide evaluations and treatment with non-controlled medications. If you currently take a controlled medication, please note it on your screening form so we can talk through your options before scheduling.

Paying for care in South Carolina

My South Carolina practice is self-pay. I don't bill insurance for South Carolina patients.

    You pay for each evaluation and follow-up at the time of your appointment, at the rates listed on my fees page.

  • Monthly membership

    $135 per month for one 20-minute telehealth visit each month, with additional visits at $100 each. Membership visits are telehealth only, and membership is available to patients who aren't currently prescribed a controlled substance and whose treatment plan doesn't include one.
