I provide psychiatric care in three states, with an in-person office in each and telehealth available statewide.
Choose the state you'll be in for your visits
Which location you belong to depends on where you'll physically be during your appointments, not where you live or which office is closest. Telehealth visits have to take place while you're in a state where I'm licensed.

Monthly membership, coming soon
Membership is coming soon to all three locations: $135 per month for one 20-minute telehealth visit each month, with additional visits at $100. It's for patients who aren't taking a controlled substance and whose treatment plan doesn't include one, and all membership visits are by telehealth.
If you'll be traveling or splitting time between states, let me know on your screening form and I'll help you figure out which location fits.
