Care structured around what you actually need. *

Every service below is built around comprehensive evaluation time — not rushed visits. Here's exactly what's included, how long each appointment runs, and what to expect.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

This is the starting point for new patients. We take a full 60 minutes to understand your history, current symptoms, prior treatments, and goals — not a rushed intake form, but a real conversation that informs everything that follows.

What's included

  • Full review of psychiatric, medical, and family history

  • Discussion of current symptoms and how they affect daily life

  • Review of any prior treatment, medications, or records you provide

  • Initial clinical impressions and a personalized treatment plan

  • Time for your questions — this is not a rushed appointment

Follow-Up Visits

Once your treatment plan is underway, follow-up visits keep care on track — whether that means adjusting medication, checking in on symptoms, or simply making sure things are still working the way they should. These visits are scheduled for 25 minutes, for a focused check-in to review progress, adjust treatment as needed, and address any new concerns.

What's included

  • Review of symptoms and progress since your last visit

  • Medication management, including dose adjustments when needed

  • Time to discuss new concerns or life changes affecting your care

  • Coordination with therapists or other providers when relevant

Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation with QbCheck

Adult ADHD evaluation goes beyond a single conversation. This service combines two clinical sessions with an objective, at-home assessment tool to build a complete and well-supported diagnostic picture. This evaluation is completed over multiple sessions including a 60-minute Comprehensive Evaluation, an additional 25-minute Follow-Up Visit, as well as, completed an at-home QbCheck Assessment.

What's included

  • Comprehensive developmental and symptom history

  • At-home QbCheck assessment, completed at your convenience

  • Objective, measurable data to support diagnostic accuracy

  • Follow-up visit to review results and finalize your treatment plan

  • Discussion of medication and non-medication treatment options

What is QbCheck?

QbCheck is an FDA-cleared, computer-based test that objectively measures attention, impulsivity, and motor activity — the core features of ADHD. You complete it at home on your own computer, and the results provide measurable, data-backed support alongside the clinical evaluation, rather than relying on self-report alone.

Hormonal Mood & PMDD Evaluation

Hormonally-driven mood conditions like PMDD require a different evaluation approach than a standard psychiatric intake. This service uses two full 60-minute sessions (completed on separate days) to map your symptom pattern against your menstrual cycle and build an evidence-based treatment plan.

What's included

  • Full review of psychiatric history alongside menstrual cycle patterns

  • Two comprehensive sessions to confirm a cyclical symptom pattern

  • Discussion of medication options, including luteal-phase dosing

  • Coordination with your OB-GYN when hormonal treatment is involved

  • A treatment plan built specifically around your cycle and symptoms

Deprescribing

For patients looking to thoughtfully reduce or stop a psychiatric medication, deprescribing is offered as an individualized, medically supervised process — not a one-size-fits-all taper schedule.
